“I thought you were watching her!” screamed Janet Price to her husband Elliot as they both ran up the stairs to the bathroom. “I ran the bathwater for her and you were supposed to be watching her!” cried Janet.
When they reached the bathroom, they saw the most horrid sight ever imaginable. Their daughter, Marigold, was completely submerged under the water in the bath tub, blue in the face.
Elliot ran to get the phone to call 911 although he knew the situation was helpless. Janet broke down and cried on the bathroom floor, holding her lifeless child in her arms.
The sirens were very loud as the paramedics approached the house and Elliot got the strangest look in his eye when a knock came on the door.
“What’s wrong?!” cried Janet.
“I did it on purpose,” replied Elliot.
As the rapping on the door continued at an irregular pace, Elliot pulled out a knife and slit Janet’s throat as she made a desperate attempt to scream for the paramedics. Elliot jumped out the bathroom window to find a hiding place.
