Wedding Day Part 1 (New Beginnings Series)
“Yasmine, are you ready for this,â? her father asked.
“Yes daddy, more than anything.â? She stood there in her white, off the shoulder gown; the tail of her dress was two feet long behind her. She wore a tiara on her head that was attached to her veil that fell behind her head.
The wedding march music played and the doors opened. She looked around the beautifully decorated room and saw rows and rows of people seated on chairs that were decorated with white and red flowers. Before her was a red carpet, covered with the red and white rose petals that the flower girls had sprinkled on it. She looked to her left to see her bridesmaids in long, red, thin strapped dresses. Her sister, who was her maid of honor, Mystique in a long, red, halter-top dress. To her right were the groomsmen and Travis’ best man, wearing black suits and a red tie. Then she looked in the center to see her man, Travis in his black suit, red vest and red tie. She began to cry, but she didn’t want to ruin her make-up quite yet.
