I Die For You

My greatest dreams, needing to come true
But I would give up all of them, all because of you.
Your silky hair and sapphire eyes,
The perfect image through death in disguise
A stealthy image, promising a swear
Saying that you will, no matter what
No matter the time, the condition, or place
No matter the expression I have on my face
That you will always, always be there.
Now that you’ve left, I feel alone
No one is there as far as I have known
Many are tempting, but you were the one
The only person to share all your fun
A depressed man, a care-free woman
Depression still stands, it’s inhuman
And without you, sickly I have fallen
But you’re someplace better now
And with these Final Words
No more “emo”, no more “nerd”
For as you have died, and as I have cried
This college establishment’s energy has died
And now in the plaza, I commit suicide.
