An infestation of dolls, or a plague, and they can type. If they just give out inspiration, good, but if they have world-domination in mind, we’re in need of a large bonfire!

Dolls have always struck me as being creepy, but the dolls in this story downright scared me. Great story!

Note to self: No dolls near Keyboard! Excellent job! I absolutely love this! I am probably the one of the worst people to have read this because I am so bad about posing an animal or doll atop my monitor, just to watch over me. Well, I will be re-thinking my position on that from now on. Because next time I decide to do it, I will remember this ficlet. And, shudder….

dam i can’t believe it scarred me too!! but for some reason as i read it i kept think of the doll the little girl plays with in “the others”….but thanks for the feed back!! i am DEFINATLY not going to look at dolls the same way after reading everyones stories!!

Great creepy start. At first I was thinking, “Oh, how sweet, the doll is going to help him write.” But no, the doll’s got to go write something creepy. Stupid, creepy dolls. Nice job.
