Wow, I think this has a bit of irony to it…the last line says, “I can’t give her anything but love” and then NISY comes in with, “That’s gotta suck.”
Sorry. I know it was unintentional. I just have a really dry sense of humor.
Anyhow…what a sad, moving piece. I know this might not be based on real life, but a lot of your work lately seems to talk about your feelings…I think it’s wonderful. I think that the stories that you’ve experienced make the truest writing of all.
