This was actually a dream I had last night and I woke up with the same mixed reactions you had, Melia. I was feeling unsettled all morning until I read the “What Inspires You?” blog post and learned that a lot of ficleteers get story ideas from their dreams. So I decided sharing it here would be a helpful release. It certainly made me take a closer look at how I handle my own relationships, anyway! :-)
