Damn!
I slid down the marble side of the school to sit on a grassy patch of ground.
I could still hear their conversation from over here.
“Well, what if I liked Warren?” I heard Kait say.
My ears perked up.
Kait would never like me,....would she?
I listened harder, but they were already too far away for me to hear.
For the next few minutes, I just sat.
Kait is pretty, but Autumn is prettier.
I’m already going out with Autumn, so I can’t go with Kait.
Besides, I have wanted Autumn more than anything the last few months, so why would I go with Kait?
Resolved, I got up, and headed home.
I got to home and fell straight to sleep.

I woke up in the morning with a bunch of missed calls from Autumn.
