Elizabeth felt awful all day, she missed her friends call last night. All day she felt as if something was not right. She can’t put her finger on it but she has a sinking feeling.

The day is hetic as usual. she goes to lunch with a friend. They wind up at Wal-Mart and they do some shopping. She helps her friend pick out hair dye and offers to help when she has time.
After she gets with her sister and goes out to dinner. They have a 15 to twenty minute wait. So Elizabeth decides to call her friend. She needs to put her theory to rest. And within minutes, she is satisfied. As it turns out, her friend isn’t too happy. Somehow she knew all along. But wanted to call regardless, just to say hi. The phone call is brief, cut short by the wait ending.
Elizabeth and her sister enjoy dinner, then a stroll through the mall. They go to a department store and sample various designer fragrances. And reminiss about what each scent reminds them of. Each one surprising the other by what they can remember based on a scent.
