Drea's Wrath
“Take whatever sick pleasure you will have in killing me then, Lupa Savage! What’s left of your kind will never last against the Vaduri.” Cissak sputtered, blood beginning to well in his throat. “Your males will die and your females will be enslav—“ The Vaduri’s words were cut off by a dying wheeze as Drea’s paw crushed around his neck.
Then, with no visible effort, she lifted the large warrior lizard up into the air. Cissak’s eyes began to fade, but before death took him he witnessed in Drea’s eyes something that would shatter the mind of even the most hardened. He saw pure nothingness, he saw the end of all things, he saw the Abyss.
A vast black aura enshrouded Drea as the lizard finally died. Millions of tiny black tendrils exploded out of it and pierced into the lizard’s body. Slowly, Cissak’s soul emerged in a cloud of blue aether, entangled. The soul writhed, knowing it couldn’t escape it’s fate. Opening her mouth with Abyssal hunger, Drea devoured the aether, and Cissak was destroyed forever.
