Looking Back
I must say, I think I look back too much. Look back at my summer, what was meant to be and what actually happened. Look back on all the joy and all the sorrow. But the truth is, if you keep looking back, you won’t be able to see what’s in front of you. You will stumble and fall. You will start to fall behind, not keeping up with the present. That’s why looking back is dangerous. It’s like driving. When you look in your rearview mirror, it has to be quick so you won’t get into an accident. Well, the same with life. When you look back into the past, it has to be fast. Because if you keep your head there for too long, you may resurface to find that you are on the edge, if not in, calamity.
