Continued on from Boyfriend troubles….

“Hey Charlie.” Sarah said, in an annoyed voice, her mouth forming into a frown. “Hey, whats the matter?” Charlie asked. Sarah slammed the door shut, before answering. “Um, well you turned up late AGAIN !” Sarah complained. “What? I was late? How late was I?” Charlie looked genuinely confused. “You were half an hour late Charlie.” Sarah replied. “Oh I’m sorry.” Charlie said and kissed her cheek. Sarah let a tiny smile appear on her lips. “Ok then, I supose I can forgive you. C’mon lets go!” She said, grinning.

10 minutes later, Charlie and Sarah arrived at an Italian Restaurant, not far from Sarah’s house. They sat down and waited to be served. They ordered their food and waited. “Sarah, I’ve got something I need to tell you.” Charlie said quietly. Before he could continue, their meals arrived. They thanked the waiter and Sarah waited for Charlie to continue.

Charlie sighed. “Sarah, I’ve been having an affair.”
