Valentines Day Gone Wrong.
Claudia is a kind and caring person. She holds a job at a crisis center. Here she takes calls from people who are lonley, depressed or just need someone to talk to.
Today is the day after Valentines Day, a usually busy day. She sympathetically listens to peoples tales of a Valentines Day gone wrong. It was usually breakups or people feeling depressed, because Valentines Day reminded them of something tragic.
“He had to break up with me, on Valentines Day of all days.. what a jerk!” Said a female voice in a fusturated tone.
“Yeah.. men can be real insensative jerks sometimes” Claudia agreed.
“Had you noticed any signs that the relationship was falling appart?” Claudia asked in a quizical tone.
This call was going to be easy, she wasn’t severely depressed, and she was just needing someone to agree with her. She was not argumentative and was willing to listen. She felt she would be able to help a great deal.
Her background in counciling has come in handy, with callers like this.
