Everyone hates me as I leave school
A group of girls snickered as they walked by me.
“Good job today,” someone else sarcastically said as they walked by me.
A boy came and pushed me in the back, almost knocking me over.
I reached my locker, opened it, and began loading all my books into my back pack. I had so much work to do. I would never get it all done in one night.
I slammed my locker closed and headed toward the door. Mrs. Marlett passed by me. “I expect your essay to be finished by tomorrow, Miss Henton,” she sternly told me.
I said nothing, and just kept on walking.
I got outside, and saw Bobby, walking with his friends. I couldn’t help but stare at him for a moment. When he spotted me, he gave me a dirty look, pointed me out to his friends, and laughed.
I quickly turned down the other street and headed home.
