Kevin and Joe carried me outside to the ambulance. Nick walking with us. Apparently the ambulance had come incase there were any injuries, but-having found no injured victims-was just sitting by the curb. The paramedics were standing on the sidewalk. They slightly jumped when we walked out.

“She needs help. Her ankle is broken,” Joe told them. The paramedics quickly ran over and helped me into the back of the ambulance. Then, to my surprise, all three boys climbed in after me.

“You’re coming with me?” I asked.

“Yeah,” Kevin said. “We’re not gonna leave you now. Not after…all this.”

A smile spread across my face. They weren’t gonna leave me. The Jonas Brothers weren’t gonna leave me. This was amazing.
