Very cool, as SKEET / Kermit points out. You should get it published. I’d buy a story that starts like this… Truly Awesome! I liked this especially – “At first I was miserable. Not only did my husband and I not speak the same language but he clearly did not want to be in the same room with me, let alone in the same bed.” Writer Sol Stein says that differences in culture and class create the most popular novels and stories – (i.e. Streetcar named Desire, and so on…) Brilliant!
i really love everything about henry the 8th and all of his wives. its one of my favorite periods in history, adn i love to read about it. however, i think u got a few things wrong here. by the time catherine married henry, it had been about 9 years since the death of arthur. she and him had barely gotten to know each other, and she was overjoyed to finally be queen as she was supposed to be.
I’m rather sad to say I don’t know to much about King Henry (I know he kept killing his wives, thats about it) so I’ll be no judge of its historical accuracy. But I will be monitoring its enetertainment level :) Can hardly wait to see where this goes.
