wow..I wouldn’t say evil.. Id say dark and self loathing. Good edition. Cant say i dislike it. If I said that, id be.. well a liar. I know most guys feel like this, and its a shame. It was an enjoyment to read.

I think every dad goes through that… Please don’t look at me like that kid, I’m just a guy. “Daddy” is way too much responsibility. My oldest keeps asking me questions with that look on his face like he knows I know the answer… and most of the time, I just don’t (he’s really freaky smart).

i really like this, it’s like getting underneath his skin and realizing who he really is.

Something haunting about this…your word choice is always so beautiful. It flows so naturally. Subtle repetition (first and last line) left an echo, seemed to wrap up the story without a too-definite ending. Beautifully written. Bittersweet.
