Darius was always reading stories about the high seas, and trips around the world where treasure was found.

Little did he know that one day living in a new house off the shores of Main he would him self come across a treasure map burried in his own back yard.

One night Darius went looking for Bucks, his dog. It was getting late and bucks was around and about in the back yard.

He called his name and out of the trees he came running towards him.

“Thats a good boy, what you been doing out here alone?”

Bucks jump up onto Darius pants leg. As Darius look down at Bucks, he noticed that he had been digging some where.

“Bucks, I hope you havn’t been in moms new flower bed.”

Daruis and bucks walk back to the trees where his moms new flowere bed was.

“Bad boy bucks, we have to fill the hole up before moms find out!”

As Daruis was filling the hole, he saw a piece of paper sticking out of the hole.

“Whats this Bucks!”
