Silver Revolver Part II
For the fifth straight week i was slicing my knife into a badgers stomach and releasing its inside to be ready to cook. I was starting to enjoy the tough taste it gave off but i was at the point where i wanted a steak instead of this, i can see my horse was at the same point i was as well.
During my meal i spotted a four legged animal walk slowly past my right eye, it all seemed so easy to pick off and have a week supply of meat there.
I dug myself deep into the mud i raised my rifle up a few inches from the ground, i slowly aimed it at the animal. I can spot it drinking out of a puddle that the rain has left it.
I was squeezing the wooden piece that was near the trigger so tightly i thought the gun would go off by itself.
With the minutes that has passed by the animal gathered its strength and ran to the the far east.
I had no desire to pull the trigger and kill the animal.
With each day that has gone by i relies killing another living thing is closer to a lonely world.
