Josh -- Escape

“But-” I stammered.
“Shh!” Colleen hushed, and pulled out a set of keys.
In a few seconds, Colleen dropped the lock and opened the door of bars.
I jumped out, loving the open space. The lingering daylight leaked through the windows as dawn approached.
“Colleen!” I heard one of the guards running up. “What are you doing?!”
Colleens eyes narrowed, and her voice became steely.
“I am taking this one to a private execution.” She said.
I jumped and yelped loudly.
No! Is she serious?!
The guard bowed in apology, and stalked off. Colleen dragged me roughly, deeper into the floors of the castle.
“You’re going to kill me!?” I squeaked. “Why!?”
“I was joking, you fool.” She said shortly.
“Yes!” I said, almost jumping into the air.
“Shh!” Colleen hissed. “We cannot be heard.”
“Where are you taking me?!”
“You will yet see.”
