Lovely matter-of-fact discussion of fantastical elements, very much in the vein of your ‘Practical Guide to Vampirism’ series. Well thought out sci-fi/fantasy is always the best, don’t you think.

I am really enjoying this :) I agree with THX in that your style for these is very like your Practical Guide series (which I also really enjoyed, btw).

I’m finding that the tone in these stories is a bit more serious than in PG2V (maybe Arthur was writing the funny parts?), but I’m really enjoying the fact that even though Melia and I are writing our stories independently of each other, we each seem to be feeding off of the other’s work, which is a reminder for me to be careful with what I do with Liam, because he is, after all, Melia’s character.

I’m about to write some ficlets that will cover what happened the night Liam died. Might be good fodder for you :)
