Why is this country obsessed with work? I was wondering this myself at work. We work our whole lives. And yet we constantly ask ourselves weither or not were working hard enough. The people who make the big bucks and drive expensive cars, and own an expensive house to match. They work hard right? So how hard do they work? When are we working hard enough. When our friends are impressed, and our neighbors alike. When we can show it off to the world with our Benz and our million dollar house, and upscale lifestyle. Are we working hard enough when we can run up three to seven hundred dollar bills at posh locations like Target? And we carry the latest and greatest cell phone.

Since when was it such a bad thing to be middle class. To live securely and comfortably and not feel slighted because we dont have an affluent appearance. When was the last time that you could hold your head high feeling proud of who you are. When did the “American Dream” become a rat race?
