The life of Hollow
‘John Hollow, you are here by released from your punishment and free to leave,’ the officer shouted, ‘please pick up your personal belongings at the entrance.
A little man with short blond hair and green eyes walked out the door, he was just released from prison and had no idea where to go next.
This man, named John, was arrested for petty crimes. He never got caught on the deed, but was recognized on tape: filmed by security cameras in a mall.
Hollow just sat there, outside prison, watching the cars pass by one by one.’Nowhere to go, nothing to see. Life is just so empty,’ he kept telling to himself. Just sitting there for hours and hours, staring straight forward. ‘Nothing ever happens…’
He sighed.
What no one expected, not even John, finally happened. A car stopped right in front of him. A man came out of the car, asking if he needed a ride, but Hollow didn’t listen. He didn’t even look up at the man. He had nowhere to go, yet something told him this ride would change his life forever…
