Time for Me to Fly 22

About an hour and a half before the show, my mom reluctantly said goodbye to me and her best friend, Mrs. Dalton. Then we got all of our stuff loaded up on the tour bus, and I pulled Dizzy along into the girl’s bathroom.
“So?” I said smiling at her.
“They are…oh my gosh.” She said leaning up against the bathroom sinks.
I laughed and gave her a hug.
“I love you so much right now.” I said.
“Why?”
“Because you were so chill! I mean like…ahh. Grrr. You are so much cooler than me. If I had just been a fan and met them I would’ve been a mess.”
“Wow.” She said. I looked at her confused.
“I can’t believe it took you this long to realize I’m cooler than you.” She said grinning.
“Ugh!” And I hit her on the arm.
We walked out of the bathroom arm and arm. This Spring Break was going to be amazing.
