Letting the victims beg for their life while they are tortured is one of his personal favourites. He didn’t end in prison very often because he bribed the police chiefs and politicians and when he accidentally was caught he was soon released on bail.

I still didn’t mention the name of the witness. Her name is Maria Bocacelli. She is, as you probably suspected, the wife of mister Benavole. The reason she wants her husband behind bars is because she is constantly abused by him and she is sick of it.
As his wife she has a lot of knowledge of his activities and can accuse him of several crimes.

It’s a waterproof testimony and I have a good feeling about it…
