Everything is going to be okay. I was rescued by an amazing girl named Mary Jane. She gave me a stamp so I could write you one more letter before I get to California. Did I mention she’s taking me to you…in her VW bus?! I’m so excited, this is going to be like a real roadtrip.

Sorry if my last letter scared you. I’m just glad you didn’t have to bury me somewhere. Not that you would have minded…but, you know.
