A Day Of Remorse
I had ran into a local super market with my gun held high.
I had notice ahead of me an elderly woman struggling to pick up a fruit. I had turned to my right i saw a mother cover her twelve year old sons eyes, onto my right was a the local sheriff holding onto his baby i could notice fear in his eyes it wasn’t the fear of getting shot it was the fear of danger of his kid.
I had not grabbed the money i had turned around and ran out of the store.
I must’ve only run about a mile before the a Chevy took out my leg as i attempted to run across the street.
I had starred upon the sky as the sun goes down. I had wondered where did i ever go wrong.
Time had passed i had felt the shiver in my body run so wild i can feel the dark creep into my eyes.
I was forgotten the next mourning no remorse for me. Nothing to be heard on my death just a buried name to lay in the dusts. Everything was meant to be different but i was left alone to do the crime of the sinners.
