Grandmas House
I had awoken in grandmas arms.
I had watched as my mother had left.
I had watched the fathers van drive down the road.
I did not stop crying.
I did not stop kicking.
I did not stop cussing.
Grandma made me clean the dishes.
Grandma had made me clean my room.
I had wished I wasn’t here.
I had wished that grandma would clean her teeth for once.
The night was getting long grandma was drunk on the couch watching her midnight shows. I had sneaked in her room I had played with a box that was hidden in the back.
I had opened it to witness a black thing to my surprise it was very heavy and very cold.
I had spun it around I had fumbled it. It came crashing to the floor it had made a roaring sound. A hole had appeared in the wall I had so much wonder for this mystery thing.
Grandma came in with shock and terror in her eyes.
She had held me all threw the night till I was back in mothers arms.
But I still had many wonders of the mystery’s thing that I had held.
