Your Escape???

Sometimes, I’m sad.

Sometimes, I’m confused.

Sometimes, I’m frustrated.

Sometimes, I’m lost.

At those times, I just escape.

Does anyone have something that they do, read, listen to, etc. when they are down or lost?

I was just thinking about that today, for me, if I ever feel like any of those, I use my escape, my comfort.

I either read Harry Potter.

And I’m comforted, and found.

Or, I listen to “Ooh Child” by The Five Stairsteps.

The book gives me somewhere to belong,

and the song warms me on the inside.

Do you know what I mean?
