One of the things I love about Ficlets is the potential for collaboration. One of the things that makes me sad is that collaboration seems to happen so seldomly (or, at least, seldomly with me).

It occurred to me that a good way to get more collabs going might be to challenge for it. So, here it is.

This challenge will be in two categories. You can enter either one, or both. Here are the categories and rules.

Bump it once: Find a single ficlet or chain of ficlets, not by you, that hasn’t had a sequel in at least 6 months. Write a sequel. In the list of tags, include bumpit and rm1stbump. (You can also put “R_M 1st Bump” in the title if you like.)

Bump it twice: Write a sequel to someone else’s bump it once sequel. In the list of tags, include bumpit and rm2ndbump. (You can also put “R_M 2nd Bump” in the title if you like.)

Don’t post the sequels here. Post them in the original story thread.

I’ll pick one winner from each category, based on how well they continue the story.
