Hell Yes
Honestly I wanted to scream, and cry, and kill Kirsty, and, well, a lot of other things. But I didn’t do any of the above because before I could, Garret put his hands on my shoulders and soon I was enveloped in a giant bear hug.
Over his shoulder I could see Nate and Mike just standing there, unsure of whether to leave or stay.
“I can’t believe she did that. I knew she was evil, but…I mean…that bitch!”
This, for some reason made me laugh.
“Yeah, you got that right. I saved up for, like, ever to buy this thing!”
“WHOA!” Nate said when he saw the window, surprise and disgust on his face. “Kirsty?” Mike asked, and I nodded.
Garret stroked my hair and whispered comforting words o me like, “We’ll get her back,” and “It’ll be okay.”
And the way he said it made me believe him.
