In case anyone was wondering: Yes, I’ve been re-reading a lot of H.P. Lovecraft lately. I just love the Cthulhu mythos.

Ficlets is giving me a lot of practise writing stories in the ‘weird fiction’ style of the great Howard Phillips Lovecraft. If you’re never read any of Lovecraft’s works, you really should. He was an amazing author, and there’s a huge number of authors who continue working on the Cthulhu Mythos under the group Diver’s Hands (including such famous authors as Stephen King).

I love this! Watching a movie or hearing a story of someone possessed just really interestes me. Ghosts do too. Maybe because most people don’t believe in them.
