Plate, Note, and A Golf Club
I shake me head after watching her leave. It’s Nathan and her…I don’t like her anymore.
After walking around town a bit, around six I head home. And it’s pouring, like HARD . And, of course, when I get home, no one else is there.I head into the kitchen.
I search around and then there, on the table, is a plate. A plate with milk and cookies…and a note. I read the note that was surprising in braile.
Dear Tyler,
I once thought we went together like milk and cookies. Funny how cookies can crumble so easy, just like my heart. I don’t really understand why you want me to be with Nathan, but I don’t care anymore.I just wanted to tell you that I didn’t kiss Nathan back, and never will.He just popped into my room and when I turned,he kissed. I hate him as much as you hate me.
I’m sorry,
Hayley
P.S. I heard it’s gunna rain tonight, with light dancing in the sky. I never did get to use that golf club.
Goodbye Tyler. 4ever. I’m sorry.
Just then I heard lightening, and I started to run.
