A Hidden Truth
A day passed since, I had my wondering eyes upon this case.
I had taken many turns and twists on my journey.
But having to question a man from the station would cause a stir all among the people and above.
I had only sat on my floor with the gun in my lap.
Questions are all I had.
No answers to come to terms with them.
The rain had started to hit my window with a tiny thump making a sound of a rhythm.
I had only one solution to my problem. And it was the wrong one but a man like my stature could not go across the battle field and make a mess among the people and expect to live the next day.
Christopher had hidden the case among the other cold case files. He had not seen a reason to risk his life over a simple drug case. Whatever the case may be it was best to be left hidden.
