The Whisper
“How could you Rafael,” Liliana said as she sat up in her bed, “how could you jepordize our relationship, by inviting your mother here to come and visit, while being well aware that she hates me and will do everything in her power to break us apart?” Rafael looked clueless looking up at the sky as if to ask for an answer from God. “It’s gonna be fine we’re here in beautiful Greece next to the most beautiful shore that the world has to offer. Dont worry everything will be ok. Even if my mother threatens to break us apart you know that I know that some how and some day we will meet again.” Rafael kissed his wife’s beautiful, flowing hair and whispered “You are a beautiful woman how can someone not love you?“
Liliana and Rafael’s mother became close but it was too late. As Liliana lay in her deathbed awaiting her fate. Rafael enetered her room and whispered into her white hair and said “Now you have God to love you, we will be together soon, goodbye.” Rafael looked up to God and was satisfied.
