Many people think the medieval times, or middle ages, were a place of wizards and knights, swords and magic. But in fact, medieval times were a poverty stricken part of time. People would just drop dead in the streets. People were sick and lived on streets. The rich were rich and the poor were poor, there was no in between. Unless you were born royal, or were made royalty by the king, you pretty much lived in the streets. So think about it. Would you really want to live in those times? I would.
