Dad, Do I love you? The sequel
I am eleven. My sister is 16. It has only been 6 1/2 years. Do you truly expect us to get over all you have done? You lie 6 hours away, and you still try and control our lives. Nothing is good enough for you. My straight “A” report card wasn’t even good enough. I wanted to be a doctor. Now, since you work with doctors, I want a job that has nothing to do with doctors. My sister has always wanted to be a marine biologist, you said no. Well here is what I say,
You ruined our lives, You moved away, If we aren’t good enough for you, that too bad. If you had been there for us, maybe we would have turned out like you. I am glad we didn’t.
