The Soul of the Guitar
She sat in the corner, about to cry about to explode with emotions, so confused about her decisions. So confused about the choices in her life. About to give up on life. Such in a dilemma that she can’t think straight. She picks up her guitar & plays a augmented Eb chord, & as soon as the vibration of the notes hit the air, her tears fall from her eyes, one single tear escapes the trail of the rest and makes it own path down the guitar. It begins by sliding down and dodges the many vibrations of the guitar, sliding pass the Eb (e flat), then bounces pass the F# (f sharp) note, then squeezes by B flat & softly tips the C x (c double sharp) and makes it the soul of the guitar. Her hazel eyes followed the single drop escape the dangers of the vibrations, the edge, the bumps, and curves and she saw that it made it to its destination, the soul of the guitar and she realized that she needed to do the same. She couldn’t just give up. She had to keep going. She hugged her guitar, wiped her tears, and left the room.
