My mom’s voice was cherry and my dad smiled. “Well actually I’m supposed to be at the library studying, quiz tomorrow, and I need to look some things up.â€? My dad looked at my mom with a face that said, ‘look I told you’ so I quickly added, “If that’s alright?â€? My mom just smiled and nodded, my dad grumbled a fine and I was out of there in a flash.

I drove to the library contemplating on whether I could tell my parents about the whole slayer and werewolf thing. But almost as quickly as I thought of it that thought was gone. 1.They would never believe me, 2.they would kill me.
