These are hard to do. One of the most difficult challenges I ever did was Bag of Sand’s ‘From 18 to 1’ challenge (http://ficlets.com/stories/22040) and this one reminds me of it. I dunno if I have the brainpower for it! Great idea though!

Okay, so I cheated a little on this one, and reset my counter part of the way through, but it made sense to in the context of the story.

I like the idea of this challenge.

I have cast my ember in the fire, but it came out very dark. So dark, in fact, that I have had to mark it as mature.
