I sat there, confused and wondering.
Is everything real…or not?
I looked around and would see nothing but the depth of the black.
It seems endless and I tried getting up.
Everything was gone.
I started calling out my friends,
Robert, James, Thomas, Tyler
Everyone.
No one answers. I start to run, trying to escape the dark abyss.
All I can think of, was “Where is she?”
But I couldn’t really picture who I was talking about. I then saw a light somewhere.
I ran toward it and the closer I got to it, the more I remembered about her.
Only thing I couldn’t remember was her name.
I remember a promise we made after something she had told me…
Never forget, I love you. Promise me… that you will never forget me…
I started to have a sick feeling and stopped running. Maybe I should stay… maybe I should stay in the dark abyss of this world.
That promise I made has been broken. I can’t even remember her name.
I was standing there, having to make a choice between staying, or leaving.
