I’m a big believer in free verse, and this was free verse at its loveliest. I really like the simplicity of it. Great!

I think verse is dangerous and should be locked with as little freedom as possible. I feel the same away about yappy lap dogs. That aside, I thought this was lovely, an ode to the shy, would-be lover. Goodness knows I’ve been there enough times.
