Heartbreakingly emotional, almost has a lyrical quality to it. I could almost hear somebody singing these words. I liked it.

The repeated “I wish” works really well here – suggests so much emotion that it almost gets in the way of the words. The line “the words unsaid, the tears left unshed” is beautiful too – I agree with thebetweenspace, it could easily be part of a song.
