I went to my next class and Emily was gesturing me to sit next to her and I ignored her, or at least tried to. As soon as she saw me go another way, she jumped up and pulled me to the seat.
“Hey, did Ashley talk to you?!” she asked.
“Yeah… Why?” I replied.
“What did she say?”
The teacher started the class, so I didn’t tell her. Class was over and I ran out of the classroom. The teacher was in the middle of saying something, but I didn’t hear. Emily rushed to me and asked again as we walked to the cafeteria.
“What did she say?”
“Nothing. Just leave me alone.” I replied and walked faster. So did she.
“Did she say anything about her liking you?”
I nodded my head and walked away from her, and walked toward my friends at the table.
“Hey, Ryan. What’s up?” asked James.
“Nothing much” I said, trying to get off the topic of any girls right now. I didn’t feel like talking about it.
“Umm… is there a reason Emily is following you?” Christian said. I looked over and there she was, walking over.
