He spun her around to face him. “Amanda, give me one chance. You said you had a challenge for me, and I am gonna beat it. NOW ,” he said, twirling around and swiftly striding toward the thick bushes. Amanda began to shriek for help.
“911!! I’m being kidnapped!!! SOMEONE HELP !” She screamed. Blair and I both dove for her and each caught one of her legs. Charlie yanked her up, knocking Blair off, but i hung on and Blair grabbed my ankle. I found a way to use Blair as an anchor to yank myself to my feet, and dug my heels into the ground. I yanked back on Amanda, and with what sounded like her small shoulder popping, she was free. She, Blair, and I broke into full sprint in the opposite direction, towards Jorge, the car, and, hopefully, safety. We made it back, and Jorge scooped us all up into his strong arms. Amanda began to sob.
“I am NEVER looking at another guy, besides Nick, AGAIN !” she moaned, drenching Jorge’s shoulder with tears. “THEY ARE CRAZY !”
