“What did I do?”
“You talk to her about it, get her hopes up later on, let her KISS you on the cheek, what do you think?”
“I still don’t… Oh…” I finally realized it. I looked back at Lauren and back at Emily. I sat down and Emily sat down next to me.
“You know, you are going to have to chose? You can’t just go with both.”
“Yeah, I know. That’s why I pick Lauren.” I got up and was about to walk until Emily grabbed me by the shoulder.
“Then what? What about Ashley? You can’t just leave her like this?”
“Then what will I do with Lauren if I go with Ashley?”
Emily stood there and realized I made a point. It would be the same if I went with Ashley.
“Tell Ashley, that I’m sorry and…” I was about to say something, but just left. Lauren got up in front of me.
“So what did she need?” she asked.
“Just wanted to know what our homework was.” I said and we both got our stuff and started walking, both holding hands. I looked back, to see Emily following us, spying on us.
