“I see” Emily replied.
“Yeah, so what about you Emily?” the golden child asked.
“She’s spying on me and Lauren,” I said and looked at her.
“Well, I just want to know what you guys are doing. Plus, I was bored and was waiting for them to come” Emily said as she pointed at both Brandi and the golden child.
“Yeah, sure you are.” I replied.
After a while of arguing, Lauren came back out and hugged me from behind and showed me a little stuffed animal.
“You like?” Lauren asked and giggled. She looked at the golden child and Brandi. “Who are they?”
“Oh, Lauren, this is Brandi and Emily.”
Both said their hellos and the golden child said, “Well, we better get going.”
Brandi says “Yeah, don’t want to ruin you two’s day.” She laughs as she left and I blushed a little hearing that and Lauren thought it was funny the way I looked at that moment.
I looked over at Emily and she was gone. I looked around and she was walking with the golden child and Brandi. Guess she was bored.
