“Your a witch? This is the most ridiculous letter ever, that’s absurd” My mother repeated looking at the letter with disbelief. I wasn’t so sure about the letter either, and was expecting one of my friends to call me laughing and saying, “Ha Ha! Gotcha!! How did your parents react? Oh, that was classic!” But all day all I could do was re-read the letter again and again, getting a little more excited each time. It was an invitation to a Witchcraft and Wizardry School called Hogwarts. I decided not to let my hopes get too high for the headmaster, Professor Albus Dumbledore, to show up and explain everything next Friday. I mean, it was kinda odd that it was delivered by an owl, you don’t usually see owls around the city. And it said I would aqquire a wand, I wonder what they mean by that. And I could bring a pet if I so choose, an owl, toad, bat, or a black and/or grey cat. Why are they so specific on what color the cat is?
