The Garage
Malachi fiddled with the oscilloscope. So close now. He encouraged himself.
“There, that should do it.” Malachi annonced. Shelton grinned in anticipation and switched on the power. Electricity crackled as the device buzzed to life.
The device pulled against its restraint, floating approximately 3 feet above the ground. It had no moving parts and was made of silvery sheets of what looked like metal.
“Only minor RF emissions” Shelton said as he read various instruments in the garage. “Sweet!” Malachi exclaimed.
“Let’s see how much weight it can hold.” He continued as he started loading the device with weights from a home exercise kit.
One pound, two pounds, five pounds…”It’s got a lift ratio of 300 percent!” Shelton exclaimed as nine pounds were loaded. Their device was able to do it—flight without fuel, flight without pollution. Flight for everyone.
It was just the beginning.
