You know what it is
I want you to see what I’ve been through. I want you to know what has happened to me, and why I am who I am today. I have changed so much in so little time, and you’re the one who witnessed this transformation, first hand. Yet, you think it’s impossible to change. The buzz of demands from your mentors piles weight on your shoulders, and blinds you from what is right. You have allowed this weight on your shoulders to keep you from the touch of love.
You’ve heard so many lies that you can’t decipher what is the truth, though it sits right before you. I’ve had so many people tell me i have the gift of words, and the power to enlighten those who see only darkness. I am less certain, but perhaps this is only my modesty, or maybe it is you. Material demands of this world mean nothing to God, and they mean nothing compared to what really matters. You fear sinking even deeper, yet you fail to grasp the life line which will stop you from sinking. Live for others, my friend, and they will live for you…
