“What-EVER,” Amanda scoffed, defeated.
The three of us stormed off, leaving Kat and Charlie to .. er.. continue.
We arrived back in our back room to find Nick J practically biting off his nails with anticipation. “YOU’RE BACK !” He exclaimed when Amanda walked through the door. He pulled her into his lap. “What happened out there?” He asked.
Amanda looked at me and Blair, silently telling us not to say anything. “Nothing,” she said coldly, “Kat’s fine. Don’t worry about it. She is frickin FAH -BULOUS.”
Nick J was confused at his girlfriend’s anger. “Mandy, really, what’s going on?” he asked, turning her head to face him.
“Nothing,” Amanda curtly replied.
Nick J took a deep breath, but just let her be.
